Shipping charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹699 and above.
- Orders below ₹699: a flat ₹79 delivery charge.
- The final charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Delivery time
- Maharashtra: usually 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Rest of India: usually 4–7 working days after dispatch
- Remote areas and the North-East may take a few extra days

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes.
- Every COD order is confirmed on WhatsApp from +91 95104 71091 before dispatch. Please reply to our message to confirm your order.
- COD orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled.
Address and delivery attempts
- Please enter your full address, landmark, pin code and an active phone number.
- The courier will attempt delivery and may call you. If the parcel cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, it is returned to us.
- To re-ship a returned parcel, the extra shipping cost may be charged.
