Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on most pin codes. We confirm every COD order on WhatsApp before dispatch, so please reply to our message. Orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch in 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within Maharashtra and 4–7 working days for the rest of India. Delivery is free on orders of ₹699 and above; below that it is ₹79.
What if a piece arrives damaged or I get the wrong item?
Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We send a free replacement of the affected item. In a combo, we replace only that item. Note: a loose knob on a puzzle piece is not damage. Just press it back into its hole.
Which age are these toys for?
Our learning puzzle boards are made for children aged 3 years and above, perfect for preschool, nursery and LKG learning at home. Each product page shows its recommended age. Some toys have small parts, so please supervise play.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full within 5–7 working days.
